DISCLAIMER :  Vortek completes all HVAC calculations and duct designs based on the plans provided at the time of submission. We assume  all submitted plans are accurate, complete and approved for permitting. Corrections requested directly by a permitting authority specifically related  to our HVAC calcs will be addressed at no additional cost. If revisions are required due to changes made in the field , redesigns or plan updates not reflected in the original submission, additional fees may apply. However, Vortek is not responsible for any fees, delays, or costs that arise from client-driven plan revisions or subcontractor  changes after calculations have been completed.
